If it is not broke, don't fix it. Strobe IT will try, wherever possible, to utilise the untapped resources in your own systems. Strobe IT is not after global domination (yet!) so when we support our local customers and clients, we stand by our products and our work. We are careful about what products we discuss with our customers to manage the quality/reliability vs cost considerations.
Business Integrity
As with most things in life, knowledge is power. We have seen too many examples of organisations losing an IT engineer and then left helpless without any details on their own set-up. Although, very few business owners have a working knowledge of their IT infrastructure, Strobe IT attempts where-ever possible to empower its customers. This conveys even to providing details that can be passed on to another IT or Telecoms Engineer to be able to carry out any work.
