On this page you will find all you need for creating a remote support session with us or even sending us a report about your problem

 

Constant development

Here at Strobe IT we are constantly trying to raise the bar in the way we support you, right from the moment you have a problem through to resolution. Within this page of our site you will find a quick remote support form that allows you to enter a pin we have provided allowing us a connection to your PC. Also, you will find links to download support tools that have been developed in-house along with support tools our partners have provided us.
Our current list of in-house tools are: -

  • Strobe IT Diag (Strobe Diag)

We are always looking for ways to improve these tools, to help you report problems to us.
The latest of these tools is our Strobe IT Diag tool which generates a computer report and automatically emails it to our support team for investigation. A member of the team will acknowledge receipt of this and will be in contact. However contact via an email to support@strobe-it.co.uk or a phone call is always available.
The support portal has been very usful in the past for customers as it contains links, PC information & some diagnostic reports; but we have plans to revamp this tool soon to include even more features to help even more!
