Over the years of our support we have evolved and so has our support methods and pricing; which has unfortunately caused a little bit of confusion along the way.
Within our PAYG support we have not updated or changed the prices in nearly 2 years, so we are taking the chance of a review of the prices to also enable us the opportunity to change the way this is structured to make everyone’s understanding easier.
As of 1st June 2016 the following will take affect.
The categories of support we now supply are:
- On-Site — An engineer physically on your premises performing work
- Remote / Telephone — Support or advice via email, telephone or remote connection to your environment
- Workshop — Work carried out on your environment while it is within our workshop
Within each category we charge all time in 15 minute blocks except for On-Site time has we initially have call out fees which include the initial 1 hour’s time and travel costs for up to 20 mile radius of our office.

Same Day On-Site Callout | £ 95.00 | For calls that come in that require attention on the same day, this price includes travel for up to a 20 mile radius and 1 hours labour. We will do our best to provide this service if requested but there might be times we cannot offer this due to other commitments. |
Scheduled On-Site Callout | £ 70.00 | For calls that do not require attention on the same day, these will be scheduled from the next day onward depending on availability. This price includes travel for up to a 20 mile radius and 1 hours labour. |
15 Minutes On-Site | £ 16.50 | If a call goes over the callout’s allotted 1 hour this is the cost for an additional 15 minutes support on-site. |
30 Minutes On-Site | £ 33.00 | If a call goes over the callout’s allotted 1 hour this is the cost for an additional 30 minutes support on-site. |
1 Hour On-Site | £ 66.00 | If a call goes over the callout’s allotted 1 hour this is the cost for an additional 1 hour support on-site. |
Please be aware that as promised to our maintenance customers that no prices for maintenance or prices for changes have been made or will be made as previously discussed with all our clients. This means that if you currently don’t have a maintenance agreement with us price alone is a major reason to consider speaking to us about this.
