VoIP / SIP Voicemail with no PBX connection
As always we are looking at ways to improve our services. Something that has been requested is the ability to receive voice messages (voicemail). This is for calls that were not connected due to internet or power outages.
So how do we tackle this?
Well we are enabling remote voicemail systems to call our SIP B call plan clients which emails a designated user a copy of the voice message in WAV format to their email so they can listen to it when able.
Future improvements
We aim to provide all companies with an access number to the voicemail system which will allow them to manage currently stored messages, play them back via a phone and even set up your own business greeting to match your business needs.
Does this cost any extra?
We will not be increasing the costs of our service as we think this really is a basic requirement for a VoIP SIP connection to help with the issue of power cuts and internet service provisions being down.
