Sky TV and Broadband customers being made to work from home due to COVID-19 would have or still be experiencing issues with Microsoft services.
The services we have seen effected are
- Microsoft 365 Partner Centre – CSP interface to manage clients and issues
- Microsoft 365 Portal – End User central portal to link and join all web applications
- Microsoft 365 Outlook – Online web app and links to desktop application for emails. [Back and working again]
This is not an extensive list of services effected, just the ones we are aware that have experienced issues.
